HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT or LOGIN TO AN EXISTING ACCOUNT?

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT MATHAS GUITARS?

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY FOR GUITARS?
MATHAS GUITARS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
New guitars purchased from Mathas Guitars come with a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner, which is not transferable. All instruments are warranted to be free of any defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal usage and conditions, subject to the limitations listed below.
If this guitar malfunctions due to faulty materials and workmanship, Mathas Guitars will repair it at no charge or replace with a similar model (value not exceeding the original purchase price of the guitar). Return shipping and insurance will be paid by the original purchaser.
Returned instruments will be examined for any defect(s). If determined to be the responsibility of Mathas Guitars, instruments will be repaired under the terms of the warranty. Instruments will be repaired, and shipped, at no cost to the original purchaser. If the repair is not covered under warranty, an estimate repair will be provided to the original purchaser who is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
The following items are not covered by this warranty:
1-Any instrument modified from its original condition in any way.
2-The cost of normal maintenance including, but not limited to, string changes and setup.
3-Normal usage wear including, but not limited to, worn frets, failing electronic controls and switches, hardware, paint discoloration, problems related to extreme temperatures and/or humidity.
4-Any problems related to, but not limited to, strap buttons coming loose, aging, neglect, misuse, abuse or theft.
4-Labor reimbursement or replacement costs not authorized or performed by Mathas Guitars.
5-Return shipping and insurance to Mathas Guitars.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
RETURNS - GUITARS
Guitars can be returned, within 30 days, for a refund. Returned instruments must be completely intact with all original parts (hardware/electronics etc.) and in their original condition (without modifications of any kind, scratches, blemishes or dents etc.) to receive a full refund. Return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned instruments will be thoroughly examined and given a value rating based on condition. The 30-day trial period begins the date instruments are delivered and extends through the return shipping date. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date returns are received and approved.
RATING SCALE FOR RETURNED INSTRUMENTS
A: “Like New” (negligible signs of use). Full purchase price value refund.
B: “Lightly Used” (including, but not limited to, minor scratches from pick use on body and pickups, wear on body, neck etc.). Up to 50% charge deducted from purchase price before refund is applied.
C: “Heavy Usage” (cosmetic damages including, but not limited to, scratches, chips, dents, scrapes etc. Instrument is playable, functioning and otherwise intact.) Up to 75% charge deducted from purchase price before refund is applied.
D: “Broken/Severe Damage” (including, but not limited to, broken neck, cracked body, any original parts missing/exchanged). No refund will be given.
RETURNS - STREETWEAR
Streetwear purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order. Returned items must be in their original condition, clean and unwashed. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date returns are received and approved.
